Following government advice, we are starting to see many schools and organisations closing down for a ‘Deep Clean’. 

What is totally unclear, is the specific methodology of this deep clean. The emphasis   must be on sanitisation. Please ensure you have confidence in your contractor to carry out this work in a systematic manner, which allows for accountability, and a quality audit once the work is complete.   

We strongly recommend that sanitising the critical high contact areas such as door handles, desks, washrooms etc should be a daily task conducted in house, otherwise the deep clean is almost worthless.

OUR PROPOSAL is to attend site, and treat the entire premises by using an ozone generating machine. Ozone exists naturally in a layer of the atmosphere and protects us from the sun’s ultraviolet radiation. An ozone generator enables us to move nature’s most powerful steriliser, indoors.

When odours, bacteria, or VIRUSES meet ozone, oxidation reactions occur and both parties are destroyed. After this, the ozone essentially reverts back to oxygen. So it does the job, then disappears.

Ozone is a brilliant treatment for schools, or any other building which can be emptied of people and pets for a few hours. Unlike conventional deep cleaning which is reliant on too many variables to be totally effective e.g. chemicals can leave residues which can act as a harbourage for bacteria and viruses. That’s why ozone treatment is the perfect solution to this problem. As long as the building can be empty for 2 hours during treatment and an hour after, this is the safest, most effective, and most environmentally friendly way to sanitise a property.
